Wayne Hills Bryant AI Secures North American Series B Funding, Seeking to Raise Additional $40 Million

North America Eastern SI recruitment begins... 17 billion won in upfront investment secured through SAFE method.

Wayne Hills Bryant AI USA, a leader in AI image generation and synthesis technology, has secured a Series B round of funding in Eastern North America. With this funding, the company is seeking to raise approximately KRW 40 billion.

After relocating its headquarters from its domestic corporation to North America (flipping), the company plans to simultaneously attract strategic investors (SIs) and financial investors (FIs).

This investment involved multiple strategic investors, including the US-based XSAMSUNG Family Office and Sentient, and was financed through a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) arrangement worth approximately $12 million (approximately KRW 17 billion).

SAFE is a method in which a startup first attracts investment funds before determining its corporate value.

Wayne Hills Bryant has secured approximately $21 million (approximately KRW 30 billion) in funding since its Series A investment in 2022. The company aims to raise an additional $27 million (approximately KRW 40 billion) through this Series B round. The expected enterprise value for this round is estimated at $150 million (approximately KRW 220 billion).

Wayne Hills Bright recently introduced NVIDIA DGX Spark artificial intelligence equipment through collaboration with domestic generative AI startup 42Maru, expanding its advanced AI infrastructure and accelerating technology development.

David Gon and Lee Su-min, co-CEOs, stated, "The United States is no longer hiring people. We have entered an era where all companies are rapidly transitioning to AI-based automation systems." They added, "Going forward, companies must prepare to transform their entire business processes into 24-hour automated operating systems powered by AI."
